1.1 Refund Policy

Wolf Technologies implements a refund policy that is contingent upon the utilization of services and the performance of the client’s profile in the market and interviews. Factors Influencing Refund:

 Service Utilization: Refunds are calculated proportionally concerning the extent of services utilized by the client. If the client has utilized 25% of the services, 100% of the amount will be reimbursed, and so forth as per the provided table.

 Client Behaviour: The refund policy is subject to the client's adherence to the terms of engagement and professional conduct during the course of service utilization.

 Market and Interview Performance: Performance in interviews and the client's overall standing in the market may also influence the refund eligibility. If the client demonstrates exceptional performance and garners favorable outcomes in interviews, the refund might be affected accordingly.

 Over-Delivery: In instances where Wolf Technologies exceeds the agreed-upon service parameters, including interviews or other services, no refund will be applicable.

Wolf Technologies reserves the right to assess each refund request based on these factors and others deemed relevant. applicable Refunds, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe following a thorough evaluation of the client’s engagement, services utilized, and performance parameters.

1.2 Exit Policy

The exit policy details the procedure for termination or withdrawal from the services provided by Wolf Technologies, along with any applicable penalties or liabilities.

The client can file the cancellation of the services within 3 days from the day of enrollment by following the service cancellation mail trail to wecare@wolftechnologiesllc.us

The client shall be eligible to claim the amount of cancellation within 7 business days from the original source of payment made by the client.

Service cancellations within 3-7 days will be surcharged of a 20% amount from the plan availed by the client.

1.3 Data Protection Guarantee

Wolf Technologies assures the client of data protection and confidentiality throughout the engagement and post-engagement period. Any misuse or unauthorized access to information shall be subject to legal action as per US laws and norms.
