Clients acknowledge and agree that the Company provides professional digital career-support and consulting services delivered electronically and does not guarantee employment outcomes, employer responses, hiring decisions, salary results, or professional opportunities.
The Company reserves the right, at its own discretion and expense, to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by the Client, and the Client agrees to reasonably cooperate with the Company in connection with such defense or resolution.
